- Prepare large payments for suppliers and ensure that all necessary supporting documentation with authorized signatures is present before releasing payments. - Control account payable with suppliers. Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to negotiate payment terms imposed by suppliers. - Manage the payment schedule and ensure that all payments respect the supplier contracts and payment terms. - Control Check payment and account payable balance. - Prepare the Daily Cash Report. - Key in all Garage-related purchase transactions (Expenses, Inventory, and Fixed Assets) in Microsoft dynamic NAV 2016. - Any other tasks as required by management.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking. - At least 2 years’ experiences in accounting field. - Experience working with ERP program (Microsoft NAV) is a plus. - Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Power Point). - Good communicator. - Able to write, read and speak in English. - Able to work both independently and within a team.
