- Collect monthly payments from customers. - Provide professional service to customers by phone and or face to face. - Make outbound calls promoting the service and product. - Prepare the monthly report and summit to manager. - Respond to customer inquiries & resolve complaints. - Other tasks that may assigned by the department manager.

- High School or Bachelor’s degree - Some experience in a related field is an advantage. - Able to work both independently and within a team. - Honest, highly responsible, self-motivated and reliable.
