• Acquire prospect customers and sell insurance products • Collect insurance premium and submit to head office • Carry on sale procedure from application to policy issuance • Recruit prospective candidates to become Insurance Adviser and join the salesforce team • Train new recruits to be able to perform all the roles of Insurance Adviser • Manage a team of Insurance Adviser when promoted to a more senior role • Other task assigned by management

• At least high school diploma • Work experience – not required • Skills – selling and customer service • Be proactive and result-oriented • Positive attitude toward sales job • Good interpersonal skills
