• To achieve or commit the sales target, customer meets, new prospective leads, in weekly/monthly/yearly which is assigned by sales manager or general manager. • To administer Company's policy and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability • To maximize departmental profitability through the sales of vehicles, finance schemes and associated products • To lead salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance • To improve sales performance for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Department • To forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for management to review • To step in to answer customer questions and issues when required • Reporting / planning by weekly and monthly which assigned by management • To join any activities (sales & marketing) which assigned by management
