- Report to sales manager of vehicle delivery and sales contract on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis - Control stock inventory and report to Sales Manager and sales team - Prepare quotation, sales contract and documentation related to sale - Controlling vehicle tax document - Coordinate with workshop on vehicles PDI - Tracking all contracts and delivery and report to sales manager and General Manager on weekly basis or any updated - Manage vehicle in & out for sales team. - Controlling company letter head - Assist to implement other admin task - Controlling catalogue, leaflet, name card ..etc. for sales department - Other tasks will be assigned by superior
