-To assist the Production Manger’s works. -To assist all kinds of works designated by Production Manager. -To check and copy the final artwork carefully before sending to printing house/suppliers. -To get, take picture and take measurement of sample from client in order to make sure that our quotation reply to client’s requests. -To visit the supplier’s companies to check up the production progress. -Follow up the sample and production progress with suppliers in order to make sure the production’s delivery are on time. -To send the production to client’s warehouses/companies. -Updating work in progress with Production Manager every Friday before leaving the office. - Build good relationship with all suppliers. -Regularly report on competitive market activity to Production Manager. - Undertake market visit checks according timetable. -Regional and International coordination and liaison with suppliers where appropriate.
