- Issue ticket to customers - Responsible to explain our service to customers as promotions of ticket (bus, air, and other transport,if any) - Support customer in changing, delay, cancel of ticket - Responsible for ticket booking - Other task shall be assigned

Jobs Requirement

- 1-2 years experience in ticket services - Understanding of all kind of ticket service as Bus ticket, air ticket,... - Understanding of ticket cancellation, delaying, schedule changing, early booking... - Be aware of promotion program from Company partners and dedicate info the customers - Bachelor degree in Tour majors or other related field - Commission will be provided
