- Manage all finance task - Providing financial statements, financial reports, monthly accounting reports to the authorities - Implement, monitor and enforce all accounting and finance policy of the company -Report to CEO & General Manager on the achievement and progress of the department - Develop and maintain sound finance practices such as: (1) monitoring project expenditures, (2) managing cash flow and preparing cash-flow forecasts and (3) developing budget projection and preparing budget for proposal to donors. Additionally, develop and maintain a finance dashboard which can be used to give a monthly overview of the financial situation of the company - Ensure transactions are properly recorded timely - Control and maintain good organized financial files and records - Record all transactions following accounting standard - Tax review

1. Good common of Spoken and written English 2. Advanced education in financial and accounting management 3. At least 4 to 5 years or more experiences in the field of finance and accounting management preferably from SMCG industry 4. Strong planning and analyzing skill 5. Flexible and able to work under pressure 6. Ability to lead the team - Working time: 08:30 AM～5:30 PM - Working day: Mon to Fri - Holiday: Sat / Sun / National holiday - Salary: $ 700 ～ $ 1200
