- Assists in day-to-day operations of Finance functions to ensure efficiency - Preparation of payroll - Handles staff claims and expenses - Handles tax clearance - Handles work pass application for expatriates - Handles full set of account - Monitor and report on outstanding accounts - Perform bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation - Engaging in operational issues and listening to their concerns - Manages any other duties and projects that will be assigned from time to time

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountant or equivalent - At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position - Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines - Analytical and have a positive working attitude - Experience working on start-up and new projects - Well versed in Microsoft software applications - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multi-task and is detail oriented - Ability to work independently and a strong team player ** Key Competencies - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - Listening skills **Can speak English and Chinese is priority.
