-Develop and manage annual research project and other projects as requested by departments in order to support strategic planning and product development that respond to market needs -Follow up marketing environmental analysis including PEST (political, economic, social and technology) analysis and competitor/marketing intelligence analysis to support Amret's business growth -Analyze competitors' key performance indicators and funding sources to support company strategic planning processes -Control and manage research budget to ensure project targets are met within the allocated budget -Manage and monitor unit members’ ongoing professional and technical skill development and training to develop high-performers.

-Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related fields -Minimum 4 years of work experience in marketing and research management -At least 2 years’ experience in project management and mid-level management -Good command of SPSS and presentation skills -English proficient -Computer literate
