Jobs Description

1. Human Resource Duties − Manage all HR transactional activities and deliver a business focused service • Generate all employment contracts and send new hire packs. • Mange the employee referral program. • Manage all employee contracts and packs. • Manage all amendments to existing staff conditions of employment. • Manage and monitor probation periods. • Organize collation of data and assist with generation reports. • Ensure personal files are in place each employee and effectively maintained. • Provide training to all employees where relevant. • Assist in the implementation of training programs. − Contribute to sourcing, recruitment, orientation, and organization exit programs • Ensure Employees Requisition and Employee Detail Forms are approved prior to hiring. • Actively contribute to the development of our employee value proposition in the market. • Create and conduct training programs for recruitment and selection. • Identify internal and external recruitments sources and implement selected recruitment methods. • Ensure employment information is up to date and available for all new employees. − Administer and Communicate remuneration and reward programs • Ensure accurate transfer of remuneration information to payrolls. • Coordinate the star Award program. • Coordinate the shooting star reward program, ensuring adequate stock and nominations are implemented in a timely manner. • Years of service reporting and coordinate service anniversary awards. − Procedures, and Policies that ensure a safe and healthy working environment • Ensure that workplace health and safety activities are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations. • Conduct needs analysis to identify the organizations safety requirements. • Develop/select and implement/administer health & Safety programs. • Ensure that company OHSAS policies and procedure are up to date, compliant and available via the internet. • Regularly review legislation and make any amendments to policies, programs and procedures. − Performing team • Participate in team meeting to bring up issues, share knowledge, share achievements, and provide training and direction. • Develop strong and effective working relationship with the HR team, leader and employees. • Effectively communicate information and insights to team. • Ensure successful communication with all area of the business. • HR projects are completed on time and within budget, in collaboration with the HR team. − Ensures compliance with Sentia, policies and standards, and ensure compliance with all local statutory requirements • Complies with all local legislative requirements. • Adheres to company policies and procedures and the corporate Code of Conduct. • Ensure personal adherence to workplace health and safety requirements and either addresses or bring to management’s attention when others are in breach of the requirements. 2. Administrative Duties − Administrative tasks • Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. • Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules. • Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices. • Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices. • Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results. • Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users. • Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances. • Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. − Supporting QSHE tasks • Responsible for the evaluation and management of risks related. • Management staff to operate the safety management system biological and sanitation. • Limited to better analyze the cause and incident logs what is not authentic setting of each part to explore ways to secure new modifications not exist. • Operation system manage ISO 9001: 2008 and OHSAS 18001: 2007. • Update Risk Assignments. − Special task and obligation • Any specific task or obligation shall be considered within/ by the company authorization. − Procurement Duties • Selecting suppliers • Select new suppliers or old suppliers that have Vat or Not (New Vender or Old Vender) • Find or prepare Quotation • Comparing Pricing • Compare supplier’ bills with bidding • Purchasing • Prepare Request for procument • Controlling & Evaluating with agreement • Checking Invoice, Receipt & Quotation • Checking Delivery dates & Amounts • Bidding • Prepare invitation-of-bid forms for public posting • Prepare, maintain request to Procurement committee and Acceptance committee • General Tasks • Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems • Other delegations from Section manager • Quality, security, and sanitation tasks • Responsible for evaluation and relevant risk management. • Staff management to operate through security-managed system and sanitation. • Responsible for investigation root cause analysis to find out protection approach and justify.

Jobs Requirement

− At least Bachelor or above in field of Business Management, HR Management or other related major. − Cambodian, Male/Female, age over30 years old with good health. − At least 5 years work experiences in Quality Safety Health an Environment Management System, Administration, or related field. − Good English communication skills in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. − Be able to speak and write in Thai language is advantage. − Knowledge of computer skills in Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Internet & E-mail. − Good Human Relationship − Be able to work as teamwork and travelling work. − Good personality, Honesty, Creative and Innovative. − Driving License
