• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Related field or higher; • At least 1year experience in complex networking environment both network design and implementation a plus; • Be able to configure and maintain all basic network devices; • Excellent spoken and written Khmer and Good knowledge of English proficiency is a plus; • Well understanding about basic routing, switching and NAT function; • Well understanding about basic system server function such as AD, DNS, DHCP, Proxy…etc; • Basic knowledge of VMware/VDI/CITRIX/Cloud experience is a plus; • Holding Microsoft or Cisco CCNA certificate is a plus; • Windows Server 2003 & 2008; Exchange and/or SQL experience a plus; • Well understanding with both Windows and Linux operating systems; • Basic knowledge of current protocols and standards, including TCP and UDP; • Good technical, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills required; • Good knowledge of computer literature skills; • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and/or maintain multi-task in a small to large business environment; • Availability in response to needs of the customer for installation, maintenance and equipment malfunctions; • Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal of Khmer and English;
