• Greeting customers • Receive payment by cash, cheque, credit cards • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. • Process item returns and exchanges • Prepares necessary bank slips/forms for cheque deposit/encashment and submits them together with supporting documents for approval of Brand Manager • Stamps all disbursement vouchers and supporting documents "PAID" as soon as payment is made and disbursement voucher signed by payee; and • Enters transaction into the cash disbursement ledger. • Daily deposits payments/collections received as soon as possible; and • Issues official receipts (OR) for all payments and collections from customers • Maintains record of all collections received. • Prepares daily cash position reports for submission to the Branch Manager • Maintains and regularly updates the daily sale report and manage the stock report.

• University degree or high school certificate • At least 2 years working experience in the relevant positions • Sound computer skills in QuickBooks and Excel • Knowledge in currency to know it’s genuine or fake • Very honesty, dependable, trustworthy, hard-working and result-oriented • High level of commitment & self-motivation • Attention to details • Able to work under pressure
