• Lead sales team at outlets • Preparing volume forecasts and plans • Update sales report • Update Competitor activities / promotion • Control on sales uniform and discipline • Developing productive long term relationships with customers • Order stock for outlet • Check & Verify on barcode, price and stock quantity at outlet • Propose event at shop and propose for Happy hour to gain more sales volume • Claim sales incentive and overtime budget • Prepare Sales team schedule • Train and coach all staffs at shop • Control staffs attendance and weekly, monthly report to manager • Build relationship with business partners • Propose marketing plan for each month • Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees • Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with local Distributor’s management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation • Other tasks assigned by Manager

• Age 25-35, Cambodia candidate • Male or Female • An individual with positive mind set, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, out-going person. • Minimum 3– 5 years in modern trade • Strong planning ability, know how to plan efforts and resources to reach targets for store Operation • Build strong relationship with customers relationships and Business Partners • Someone open to learn and that wants to grow in company • Can reach targets and someone who is always looking for improvements • Good in English capabilities • Able to travel to provinces occasionally
