• Managing all sales activities within the sales department of company • Develop sales strategies and propose activity plan to achieve sales volume target and company objective • Develop new sales channels and act as business development to create new sales – Join promotion and corporate sales with external partners in addition to exiting channel • Build Sales Network and Customer Database • Implement the sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure fully equipped to motivate the sales team and customers to comply with the company policy and achieve the sales performance. • Implement Sale Target set by CEO • Weekly and monthly report to CEO • Be able to work under pressure • Other task will ask by CEO

• Age 30-45, Cambodia candidate • Male • An individual with positive mind set, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, out-going person. • Minimum 3 – 5 years of corporate (Project) sales experience in home supply, construction materials products or real estate agency • Strong planning ability, know how to plan efforts and resources to reach targets • Build strong relationship with customers relationships • Someone open to learn and that wants to grow in organization • Can reach targets and someone who is always looking for improvements • Good in English capabilities is a must and Chinese language skills would also be an advantage. • Able to travel to provinces occasionally
