- Manage the sales operation and Area Sales Representatives to meet the set target. - Train sales team on the product knowledge and the selling skill. - Support the bill collection from the dealers. - Build and maintain relationship with dealers and customers. - Conduct sales force control to ensure the effectiveness of the sale team. - Monitor competitor by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products etc. - Resolve with dealer & customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. - Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly and monthly report. - Other tasks assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager

- Bac II or Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or other related fields. - At least 2 years experience in sales supervisor. - High commitment to achieve the target. - Good in leadership, communication & management. - Can travel to other provinces. - Have a driving license.
