• Process reminder call • Prepare appointment with customer • Control the appointment • Make on-time-delivery report • Do other campaign call • Process Post Service Follow Up • Do the Customer Service Index survey • Update Unit In Operation (UIO) Working Hour: - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

• Year 3 or 4 or Bachelor Degree in other related fields • Strong time management and commitment • Good collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills • Good at problem solving • Good knowledge of communication • Good at Customer Relations Management
