1. Make invoice and packing list : Make the INV and PL for the shipment. 2. Book a container : Send an email to the forwarder with the INV and PL attached and the type of container we need, confirm the booking and put the shipment in hs shipping plan as confirmed. 3. Ship an order : Contact the forwarder to know when the truck is coming. Inspect the container to make sure that it is clean without moisture. Organize the loading of the container, close the container and wait for the custom to inspect the cargo (cam control). 4. CO : Send an email to our supplier in order to submit the CO to the MOC and confirm to him the necessary information ( address, item name, custom name, quantity , quantity of cartons). 4. Send the CO to the customer : When the shipping manager receives the CO, he sends it to the customer by UPS.

1 to 2 years working experience in shipping companies/logistics/forwarders/container terminal operators or related field or knowledge in ship planning and terminal operations is an advantage.
