As a Transportation Manager, you are fully responsible and accountable for ensuring the good condition and maintenance of all the hotel's mainland and island vehicles as well as boats. You will coordinate all transportation requirements and supervise the transportation team. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; Previous experience as a Transportation Manager in an island/beach resort property Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills, proven leadership qualities Possess full knowledge of sea navigation techniques and procedures Good knowledge of both English and Khmer language skills.
