• Respond to customers' enquiries • Follow up on customers' requests in a timely manner and ensure service standards are met • Resolve customers' issues in an equitable manner. Log and escalate any received complaints from customers for resolution. • Ensure work processes are in accordance with company’s procedures and in compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines • Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time
