• Manage stock, sales and financial reports • Handle bookkeeping and prepare accounting reports monthly and as needed • Manage invoice, receipt, payment and bank transactions • Credit control, follow up and record payments properly and in a timely manner • Manage inventory including reporting, physical count and warehouse management • In charge of end-to-end taxation execution, calculation, submission of required documentation in a timely manner, • Manage data, records, forms and documents both electronically and in hard copy form • In charge of administrative and employee-related affairs • Perform other duties as required

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance • 18 years and above • At least 2 years of general accounting or related work • Working knowledge of Quickbooks or similar system is highly preferred • Very good at Ms Excel and other Ms Office applications • Diligent, attentive and detail-oriented • Takes ownership with ability to work with minimal supervision • A team player who works well with colleagues • Processes high level of integrity and honesty • Good command of oral and written English • Customer oriented and committed to provide friendly service to customers
