Position: Director of Marketing & Communications - Supervisor: President Description: The Director of Marketing is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the university’s marketing strategies through print, electronic, and social media to effectively describe and promote the university. Job Functions: - Develops and implements an integrated marketing and communication and public relations strategy that enhances the image, brand and position of the university - Conducts market research in Cambodia and monitor trends in higher education in Asia and local competitors as a base for developing strategies and materials to market the university - Assumes responsibility for the university website, Facebook, and other social media - Oversees the designing (including branding), development, production and distribution of university publications, e.g. brochures, flyers, banners - Coordinates and produce the Annual Report for the university - Assumes responsibility and oversight for student recruitment locally, regionally, and internationally, including the development of student recruitment materials and services, and conducting visits to schools and other venues to recruit students - Analyzes the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - Coordinates media interest in the university and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests - Develops short and long-term plans and budgets for the department - Building and maintaining relationships with the media, businesses, government and non-government organizations, and the general public or community - Sourcing scholarship grants and sponsorship - Oversees the coordination of university events

Qualifications and experience  Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; with good analytical and statistical skills preferred - Experience: At least three (3) years’ experience in marketing and leadership; experience in higher education preferred - Language: Excellent in English
