● Managing and supporting all installed network-supporting systems and infrastructure ● Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software, system management tools and dedicated appliances ● Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability ● Supporting, assisting and acting as back-up for the IT Systems Administrator Job Brief We are looking for a Systems Administrator to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure including physical, virtual, and cloud-based systems and dedicated appliances. You will be part of a talented team that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. Qualified candidates will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis. Responsibilities: ● Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure ● Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools ● Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability ● Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work to implement fixes ● Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies ● Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on tasks ● Optimize OS, application and database parameters for high efficiency ● Participate in the design of network and operational support systems ● Provide 3rd level systems support ● Liaise with vendors and other Systems and Network personnel for problem resolution

● BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience ● English language skills required, Chinese a plus ● Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments ● Virtualization hypervisor experience, preferably in KVM, Xen, Oracle or VMware ● Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, OpenVZ, etc. ● Cloud experience, preferably in Huawei and/or AWS ● Storage and storage virtualization technology experience ● VoIP technology experience including IP-PBXes and SIP ● Experience with network monitoring systems ● Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python, etc.) ● Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
