-Analyze and calculate of all kind of building structures; -Check and revise structural models according to any change in drawing; -Involve with team to accomplish the urgent plan due to the company’s need; -Dealing with the problems that might arise during construction; -Issue drawing to fulfill the need from site; -Able to inspect and check at site if the construction follows the design. -Understand costs analysis for construction, repair and maintenance project. -Perform compute variation order claims -Provide advices on contractual claims -Prepare progress claim payment for sub-contractor’s work -Manage costs on a wide variety of new building projects and structure -Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies -Perform risk and value management and cost control.

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, certification in Quantity Surveying Architecture. -At least 3-5 year working experiences in Structural Design; -Good English communication speaking & writing -Acknowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, bills of quantities -Demonstrate skills in AutoCAD, Excel and other programs related to Quantity Surveyor -well time management skills to complete tasks on deadlines -Have negotiation skills to negotiate payments and change orders with contractors -Demonstrate ability to assess tendering bids for value, cost and quality -Deep knowledge in structural entire system and elements of building; -Professional in building Design and Analysis Software; -Hard-working, flexible, honest, high commitment and willing to work in team; -Be able to work under pressure with high responsibility. *** Candidates interested in applying for the position should forward their CV’s together with a covering letter a hard copy to Lot #1, National Assembly Road, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkamorn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
