- Preparing document for applying to MOC/Customs - Weekly report to Manager - Checking approval and contact to shipper for any booking approval - Willing to travel to outside - Contact to airline/shipping line for schedule - Update schedule to buyer and agent - Update consignee's system - Follow up shipment arrival as per schedule - Strongly follow SOP requirement - Support other operation staffs if necessary - Other tasks which are assigned by Manager

-Can speak Japanese with N3 or up -knowledge of preparing documents for processes clearance to customs. -Available for standby in office if there are some cases to do in urgent. -Can speak English for communication -Understand process of export and import -Have knowledge to apply for customs deceleration -Have computer skill -Good communication skill -Hard working -Be patient, self-motivated and team building capabilities - Working Place : PPSEZ - Probation Period: 3 Months - Working Time: 7:30AM - 4:30PM - Working Day: Monday - Saturday - Holiday: Sunday and National Holiday
