- Arrange Tour and Ensure all Tours arrangement is completed in accuracy and timely - Guide potential reservation & staffs to discover customer’s requirements and offers the best solution to make sure those needs are fulfilled - Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales. - Creates and communicates leads, and sales opportunities for sales team with strong comment to achieve target sales - Ability to react immediately & respond confidently to client’s problems.
