- Degree in Civil Engineering and other equivalent degree - 3-5 years up experience with high rise building technical - Structural drawing with useful application (2D & 3D), Auto-Cad, Math-cad, Autodesk Robots, Microsoft project, MS office and email - Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost; Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills - Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure. * Working Place - Phnom Penh or province by requirement ** Salary - Salary (Negotiable) - Other bonus.
