- To ensure that the preventative maintenance required by any IT equipment in the hotel is carried out appropriately. - To co-ordinate the timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of equipment. - To ensure that pre-arrange distribution of Night Audit and other regularly system produced reports are generated and distributed accordingly. - To be involved in the day-to-day audit work on operation and to report to Senior IT Executive for any abnormal happenings. - To ensure that the preventative maintenance required by any IT equipment in the hotel is carried out appropriately.
