Responsibilities * Location: Phnom Penh, SHV, Siem Reap, Battambang • Provide onsite support to customers according to management schedule and Interface with users at all levels of the organizations • Provide customer solutions through the issue and help customer to understand their device problem and able to do site survey and design Wi-Fi coverage for cooperate or enterprise customers • Able to handle troubleshooting on ONU device and diagnose and resolve technical issue relate to customers email clients, VOIP, IPTV, CCTV, Access Point, Switch, Router and provide accurate feedback to customers • Ensure proper records and closure of all the issues under assignment task and keep it update to related team. • Work effectively under pressure with tight timeframes • Performance other duties assigned by superior or management • Prepare timely report to management • Follow standards procedure for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the internal or external team • Keen to learn new technologies
