** Job Summary: The General Manager is under the overall supervision of the Director, and responsible for ensuring the functioning of Car4you commercially. He/she works closely with all heads of groups under his/her responsibilities to ensure the effective management of human resources, general affairs, information technology, product import and product delivery within domestic markets, financial management and auditing and liaison with government officers and business partners ** Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives. - Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections. - Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff. - Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Responsible for 3S sales including vehicles, spare parts, and service of the company. - Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C. - Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. - Responsible for overseeing market research activities to determine market requirements for existing and future products. - Analysis of customer research, current market conditions information. - Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects. - Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. - Determine and manage the marketing budget. - Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget. - Liaison with media and advertising agencies. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
