 Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities  Establish Marketing goals based on market forecasts and research  Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products, compare competitors’ products, pricing schedules  Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information  Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products  Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution  Initiate creation of promotional materials, content, advertisements, and other marketing-related products  Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services  Expand and develop marketing platforms  Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects  Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results  Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors  Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely  Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.  Create marketing presentations.  Collaborate with the sales function.  Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals  Perform other tasks related to the position and assigned by manager

 Bachelor or Master degree in Sales/ Marketing or related field  Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn  Solid knowledge of website analytics tools  Strong leadership and problem solving skills  Knowledgeable and strong analytical skills  Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and experience in design  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement  Ability to train and motivate your team  Detail-oriented
