7River Concrete Co., Ltd. is the company expert at manufacturing Concrete Pipes, Pipe Culverts, Manholes, Box Culverts, Canal Elements and other concrete-related products complying with European Standards. We are looking for Cambodian national candidates to fill position of Operation Officer (Site Engineer). These positions are based in Vihear Sour commune, Ksach Kandal district, Kandal province. The company will provide lunch and transportation means. • Report to Operation Leader. • Monitoring and managing daily production of production teams as planed • Solving all problems during production process. • Monitoring and evaluating, checking and taking over products’ quality. • Solving all problems about products’ quality • Coordinating with production depts and teams about the enforcement and adjustment of production processes, rules and working guidance ………. • Bringing forward new ideas which are creative and saving cost….in production process in order to be the most effective in production process. • Developing new aggregate, new materials and tools usage to bring benefit to the company. • Performing target of the team in order to contribute to the target of the dept. “Quality - Safe - Effectiveness” as well as policies and targets of the company. • Other tasks assigned by requirements.

• Cambodian national and male with good health. • At least bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or related fields. • Has experience in concrete or construction company is an advantage. • Be able to use Auto Cad program and MS Office well. • Willing to work at Vihear Sour, Kandal province.
