- Preparing the daily payment paper work such as bank note, cash note and journal entry working paper with in sequential number provided by the accountant. - Making sure that all the accounting documents are getting signature approved by Head of Finance and filing in sequential numbers with are alliance with the number in QuickBooks. - Submitting the cheque payment of monthly tax declaration to the bank on 11th of the months as the “must” and bringing back the official receipt for tax payment to Account Supervisor. - Monthly recording the VAT transaction and tax declaration pass to Account Supervisor and Copying all the VAT invoices which are equal to 1KUSD and above as monthly supporting tax declaration. - Sending the related departments the invoices charged by APC and following up the documents back as the longest 2 weeks-working days after they received the invoices from accounting department. - Inputting the daily sale reports in the QuickBooks which is checked by Accountant who is the expert.
