•Analyze training need & development training plan aligned with business direction for production employees in Manufacturing. •Execute, evaluate outcome of the learning & development interventions as planned in the development roadmap •Satisfaction of stakeholders and target participants

Qualifications: •Knowledge of learning & development design of employee capability development (including strategic formulation, design, technology, delivery, assessment and sustainability) •Knowledge of business overview and business management •3 years of human resource development, consultants, organizational development or related fields •Good writing, speaking and listening in English •Bachelor Degree of Human Resource or related field •Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, World, Excel and power Point)
