• Identify HR solutions to enhance performance in order to support business operations and strategies • Support HPOs, DHPOs and BMs in analyzing professional discussion results to ensure fairness and alignment with business objectives and performance curve • Assist HPOs, DHPOs and BMs in setting performance and skills improvement plan to achieve and maintain high performance culture at provincial office • Improve and monitor employee relations and engagement within provincial office • Support HR operations, recruitment and staff capacity development teams to deliver HR services, disseminate HR policies and processes and reinforce their implementation, engage in the people’s review process • Facilitate and provide consultation on promotion, demotion, transfer and disciplinary action to ensure fairness and alignment with internal guidelines and compliance with labor law and regulations • Monitor and evaluate HR initiatives and activities in provincial office and branches to ensure proper application and implementation of corporate culture, values and code of conduct.
