RESPONSIBILITIES - In charge of IE department - Manage the manpower in the production - Check and follow up the outputs in finish goods and WIP from all sections - Calculate the incentives IE bonus for all operators - Do labor costing and time study - Set up the line layout and line balancing the operators - Review and revise the Standard Minutes Value (SMV) - Work closely with maintenance department on machinery and spare parts - Report the Management Information Center (MIC) - Monitor and observe the operator from all sections by working with productions team in term of build capacity and skills.

- Male & Female Cambodian Nationality, Age from 25-45 years old - Bachelor degree in Business Administration is a must - Vocational Training in Industrial Engineering is a mush - At least 3 years experiences in manufacturing industrial of garment, apparel or shoe making is plus. - Good level of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) - Good level of computer skills (MS word, Excel and other layout design…ect) - Must be honest, high responsibility, hardworking, and patient - Must be highly responsibility in accuracy of number and value
