Jobs Description

. Manage and control line-supervisors and team leaders for both in-factory inspection and inspection center. . Manpower allocation and inspection co-ordination after getting the inspection schedule confirmation. . Implement and update internal quality system based on the client standard (E.g. Update the inspection SOP according to the client standard, and keep records of its SOP after approval by GM. . Review the inspection flow from time to time to speed up the inspection speeds together with good quality after getting informed from QC supervisors about low efficiency. . Advise about defect classification to QC Supervisors if s/he is not unclear about the client standard. . Review the inspection status based on daily inspection report for monitoring inspection status . Make and review the defect classification manual according to the client standard. . Advise and train the defect classification to lines supervisor and team leaders periodically. . Identify the inspection bottle neck and solve those problems. . Good, clear and effective communication with team members. . Listen to others, correctly interpret messages from others and respond appropriately. . Demonstrate openness in sharing information and keeping people informed. . Investigate claims from the customer or factory. . Provide friendly responsive customer service with factories by using excellent customer service skills. . Handle issues with factories in a mature and professional manner. . Motivate and be good example for all inspectors through implementing company rules and regulations accordingly. . Inform to HR about staff complaint regarding company’s rule or wage & benefits etc… . Seeking advice from HR about disciplinary measure and other policies. . Be informed to HR to take action about disciplinary measures if any staff breaks the company rules and regulations or poor performance. . Other task as company’s requirement.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in relate filed - Have Experience 5 years - Possess excellent planning, organizing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Be able to produce accurate report - Prior managerial experience is a great advantage - Ability to think strategically - Understanding of customer care concepts - Good written and spoken English - Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, etc. - Be integrity
