Jobs Requirement

-Age 30 ~ 45 年龄 30 - 45 -Male & Female 男女不限 -Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, ACCA or CAT, or equivalent 财务和银行学士学位,会计学,ACCA或CAT,或同等学历 -At least five-year experience in Finance & Accounting in Real Estate industry. 有5年以上房地产财务经理经验 -Have a good general understanding of Cambodian International Financial Reporting standards and of Cambodia tax law and procedures of tax declaration. 对柬埔寨国际财务报告准则以及柬埔寨税法和税务申报程序有一个大体的了解 -Ability to solve and facilitate the problems taken place in working process 能够解决和促进工作过程中发生的问题 -Strong Leadership and supervisory skills 领导和主导能力强 -Good communication, friendly and welcoming person. 良好的沟通,友好和热情的人。 -Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment. 能在波动的环境下做出适当的调整 -Good communication, and demonstrated customer service skills 良好的沟通,并展示客户服务技能 -Able to work under pressure and good at team work. 强于承受工作压力,善于团队合作精神 -Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office suite 电脑操作能力强 -Good in writing/speaking/listening English (Chinese is a plus). 英文沟通能力、听、说、写能力强 (中文优先者) Preferred Skills Finance & Accounting 会计和财务
