* Role and Responsibilities 工作职责: -Well know the whole process on how to set up and manage on valuation Team 有能力、理解如何设计估价工作组和带领全组人 -Supervise on survey and inspect properties as needed 监督、检查需求地产案子 -Prepare professional property valuation reports in a timely manner as per requirement, (commercial/industrial or any kind of products with related to properties field) 根据需求的固定时间起稿、准备估价报告(商业、工业 或其他地产项目) -In charge on due diligence report, including land and property title searches with the relevant authority 负责整理房产调研报告，包含土地、建築物并通過當地政府確認 -Handle for any inquiry of documentation related to property transfer with legal consultant 负责和法律顾问处理房产过户相关事情 -Counter check and clear about client’s requirement 保证及时处理客人所需条件和事件 -Targeting and set up the sale plan 计划和设立销售指标 -Building connection in related filed with clients 建立好客群关系 -Payment collection 跟进客人货款 -Well know about Cambodia related property law and restriction 理解柬埔寨相关地产法律法规 -Other tasks assign by management 其他事项由上司吩咐
