Alila Villas Koh Russey (opening in November 2018) consists of a resort, which features 50 rooms and 13 villas, is looking for passionate and talented individuals to be part of our amazing team! As a Gym Attendant, you will be able to instruct group fitness classes at all levels, provide advice to guests on the correct method of exercising and proper usage of the hotel gym’s equipment and facilities. You will maintain the cleanliness of the hotel gym and other recreational facilities, ensure that all equipment is in good, working condition. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; 1. Previous experience as a Gym Attendant / Instructor in a five-star hotel / recreational setting 2. Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills 3. Enjoys the challenge of consistently delivering excellent service standards 4. Good knowledge of both English and Khmer language skills.
