As Chief Steward, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the Stewarding department. You supervise and train the stewarding team members and ensure that the equipment and operations are well-maintained and that preventative maintenance work is always carried out. You implement the hotel sanitation checklist as defined in the Food & Beverage department plan. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; 1. Possess strong leadership and communication skills 2. Passion & commitment 3. Good knowledge of HACCP best practices 4. Good knowledge of both English and Khmer language skills
