As a Senior Chef de Partie, you are knowledgeable of all culinary functions in general and take great pride in preparing meals of the highest quality for the enjoyment of guests. You possess leadership qualities to run the show and maintain the highest service standards in every plate served to the guests. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; 1. Culinary qualifications 2. Previous experience in high quality cuisine at either Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie level 3. Leadership and communication skills 4. Good knowledge of HACCP best practices 5. Good knowledge of both English and Khmer language skills
