As a Public Area Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising the work activities, skills training of new team members and task assignment of Public Area attendants to ensure clean and orderly public areas around the hotel property. You delegate duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding the public areas and take corrective action. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; 1. Diploma in Hospitality Management or vocational training certification 2. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping in a similar capacity 3. Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills 4. Good knowledge of both English and Khmer language skills
