Alila Villas Koh Russey (opening in November 2018) consists of a resort, which features 50 rooms and 13 villas, is looking for passionate and talented individuals to be part of our amazing team! As a Linen Supervisor, you will have thorough knowledge of laundering, dry cleaning, and pressing equipment and be familiar with various types of fabric and processing periods to ensure proper handling of linen and garments during laundry operations. You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and high productivity levels are maintained in the laundry section and be able to regularly train team members on standard operating procedures in laundry. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; 1. Diploma in Hospitality Management or vocational training certification 2. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping & laundry in a similar capacity 3. Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills 4. Good knowledge of both English and Khmer language skills
