Alila Villas Koh Russey (opening in November 2018) consists of a resort, which features 50 rooms and 13 villas, is looking for passionate and talented individuals to be part of our amazing team! As the Engineering (SMART) Coordinator, you will administer the hotel’s SMART program and coordinate EarthCheck activities. You will ensure that maintenance requests from other departments are handled accordingly by Engineering team members and able to communicate, cooperate and create a good working relationship with other departments. You will maintain technical records and drawings, prepare purchase requisitions, and other administrative tasks in Engineering department. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; 1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or similar 2. Strong administrative, communication and technical skills 3. Familiar with all operations and maintenance requirements of other hotel departments 4. Good knowledge of both English and Khmer language skills
