Working with the Leisure Concierge team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of personalized service with all guests. You will be the expert about the local area, you possess knowledge of Sihanoukville (and Koh Rong archipelago) and Cambodia’s best tourist destinations and will be able to create unique programs for guests that match their interests and desires. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; 1. Diploma in Hospitality Management, or similar 2. Previous experience in Front Office in similar five-star luxury property 3. Well-groomed, positive, enthusiastic, and helpful 4. Enjoys the challenge of consistently delivering excellent service standards 5. Computer literacy in Opera, Micros, and Microsoft Office systems 6. Good knowledge of both English and Khmer language skills.
