As a F&B Operations Supervisor, you and your team love to create unique and memorable dining experiences for your guests. You lead by example, always providing a high level of anticipative service to guests whilst focusing on quality and detail. You purposely create a culture of training and teamwork which encourages the team to strive for excellence. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; 1. Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management, or similar 2. Previous supervisory experience in a 5-star restaurant operations 3. Self-motivated and outgoing personality, enjoys working as part of a team 4. Displays great personality, creativity, innovativeness, and demonstrates good communication skills 5. Computer literacy in Micros, Fidelio, and other systems 6. Good knowledge of both English and Khmer language skills
