**Position Summary The Operations Associate will be responsible for planning & executing operational activities related to Sea Operations involving all the file management & operations activities post booking. The incumbent has to act as the owner of the job file and will also be responsible for creating & updating of shipping documents & Customer Invoices. This role will need to closely coordinate with customer service, clearance team, warehouse and trucking team, and directly working with carriers as necessary to ensure that best in class service is given to our customers. - Document preparation - Ensure Bill Apply Certificate of Origin is provided to Customer timely and accurately - Send draft House Bill of Lading (HBL) to customer for verification - Confirm carrier bill of lading in accordance with SOP (Standard Operations Procedure) requirement - Amend HBL/ Master Bill of Lading (MBL) if required and prepare the final HBL/MBL - Properly manage the file and ensure the correct version is saved as necessary for the future usage - Input Original HBL reference number in a timely and accurately manner - Closely follow up with customer for document submission as required by client - Ensure document is checked, verified, sort and count accurately before upload/dispatch to client - Drive closure for any outstanding tasks/issues - Problem solving by involving/communicating with relevant stakeholders as to ensure we all aware and know what action to be taken from each function - Submit pre-alert to the destination

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any discipline - At least 1 year experience in Operations / Customer service teams in the freight forwarding sector is preferable - Comprehensive English communication (Mandarin Chinese or other languages are advantages) - Good computer literate especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook - Dynamic, rigorous, open minded, highly committed and timely manner - Good team player and interpersonal skill - Well organized when working under pressure Interested candidates should send CV with recent photo, and cover letter to: Macle office as stated in the contact details below no later than 10th July 2018.
