- Possess knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable to securities market - Perform financial analysis - Develop valuation models - Research and contact potential clients - Analyze various business operations - Coordinate IPO team members - Collect relevant data to conduct financial and non-financial due diligence for potential and existing clients - Perform other related tasks as required.

- University or equivalent degree related to the securities or financial sectors such as Finance,Accounting, Banking, Economics, or similar field - At least 1 years experiences in accounting, securities market or financial services industry - Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and listening English, Khmer, and/or Chinese - Good time management, organization, communication, and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - High ethical and professional conduct - Computer skill (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Internet and Email) - Must be willing to travel.
