- Responsible the formulation and improvement of production management-related management systems and supervise implementation. - Review daily and monthly workshop production reports, organize the development of quality management, equipment management, and safe and civilized production management. - Convene production scheduling meetings, publish notices on production, compile and review production and quality management systems, approve production equipment and supplies, and define and handle the responsibility for quality accidents; - Responsible in preparation of annual budget and monthly fund plan. - Responsible in the review of process procedures, production operation procedures, benchmark batch production records, and other production technical documents, organize production in accordance with approved process regulations, and monitor the factors affecting product quality to ensure product quality. - Perform safety responsibilities, organize and participate in safety training, safety inspections, safety rectification work, ensure safe operations, assist in the resolution of safety hazards and handle safety incidents. - Responsible in improving the production quality assessment system, strengthen the supervision of the production process, and ensure that the production process meets the company's internal control standards. - Responsible production departments to do a variety of technological improvement experiments, product testing and total quality management; quality accidents, customer complaints handling and responsible persons should be defined in a responsible manner. - Responsible for the communication of production, procurement and sales, and timely adjust the production plan. - Responsible for the quality of the entire plant product. - Responsible in the management of "three wastes" in the production process. - Responsible the staff of the department in training and performance assessment. - Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor and the company.

- Bachelor degree or above, engineering, production management or agronomy related professional, with engineer / technician qualification or above professional technical titles; - More than three years’ experience in the management of related positions in production companies, familiar with the process. - With a high degree of responsibility and strong communication, coordination and organizational skills, have a good teamwork and professionalism.
